new URL for my site

yes, Joe, i have everything (and more, still waiting to
be finished and uploaded) on my hard-drive.

i'm in the process of filling the "files" section of a
new Yahoo group with my website, primarily the Tuning Dictionary.
it's not the greatest, but until Sonic Arts has a secure
web host, it will at least get my work back online without
further delay.

some of my "essay" pages are up already, but i'm
focusing on uploading the Dictionary first.

Definitions of Tuning Terms:
