I posted a few messages last night to the list, but I think this

Now let's see if it takes fewer than 5 hours for this post to
appear....

I just sent a note to Yahoo... It took an hour to find their
"feedback" form.... whoopie.

If several list members, using different ISP services, experience delays
posting on the same day, it becomes vanishingly unlikely that the
problem is anything but Yahoo.

Dunno... you think it's overall "web sludge...??" We're all using
different service providers if we send by e-mail...

What could it be??

It took a few hours for my message to come through.
Yers too. I guess it is Yahoo.

If it's happening to me, Kraig Grady, and Joseph Pehrson, it's
probably not a local server problem.

My last message was supposed to include this...

Buy Stock for $4
and no minimums.
FREE Money 2002.

...the plain-text ad footer that's inserted into my posts. Why did
it not show up in digest-mode or on the web?

probably because they don't want anyone receiving more than one ad
per message, a condition that could otherwise easily occur what with
replies to replies and such . .
