I'm quite happy with winamp (ver 5, which was the most obvious to
download from the site).
It sounds great, plays mp3s just great and has a little equalizer in
there, as well as many other feature.
And it also plays .oggs just fine.
I think Jon Szanto deserves most of the credit for straightening us
out about this player...
Anyway, I'm no longer .ogg clueless, so what was I supposed to be
listening to again...?? :)
J. Pehrson
Joe,
Glad it is working out for you.

And I'll defer kudos back to Carl, who a long time ago prodded me into making sure I had a newer WinAmp version (I'd been using it for a number of years) to allow for .ogg files.

Music.
Cheers,
Jon

Not to mention the rest of the site.

***Oh sure... I searched and went to that page right away! That's
how I tested my .oggability.... Great job, Gene. You're a real "wild
man..." The "unusual" tunings are very inspiring.
I guess I meant, though, that there was going to, ultimately, be some
kind of Blackjack study, one with TOP temperament and one without,
apparently. Probably that isn't ready yet...
Thanks!

I backed up some of my scores, but I haven't found a backup for the
two Blackjack pieces in the wake of a crash a while back.
