in defense of AFMM microfests

Sure, they weren't as "professional" as the standard AFMM concerts:
but the comraderie, the people coming in from all over, the
discussions, the excitement... trying all kinds of different things
out...

That all has to count for something...

***Another point I forgot to add was the idea of giving younger
people a chance. Also an important aspect of these.

Maybe they could be offered "officially" by some kind of
*subsidiary* of the AFMM.... "AFMM trainees present...or
something" Dunno.

Maybe something for a board meeting... rather than giving up on the
idea entirely.
