updated Dictionary entry: bingo-card tiling applet

i've added a new applet to the Dictionary
"bingo-card" entry which shows the different
tilings of the central periodicity-block for
a few various EDOs.

Those java applet "moving things" are really great! *Finally* after
messing around with Paul's lattice yesterday, I'm starting to get a
*glimmer* of what this page is all about. It's taken a while...
