Don't feel bad -- I just noticed a wk. or two ago that it says
"Martin Bartlett" (who I had never heard of) instead of "Milton
Babbitt"! It's the INTJ in me.

That's weird: I could have sworn I asked "who the hell is this guy" a long time ago and someone said he was a microtonal composer. Babbitt never came up!

(could anyone really consider Babbitt a microtonal composer?)

***No, I don't believe he's interested in it. He's too busy churning
12-tET around with various math things... But, some of the
*harmonies* of his electronic work sound xenharmonic... most probably
an *accident* however... :)
