MIDI relay function in Scala 2.05

If I'm not mistaken, Scala version 2.05 is the first version to
include a full MIDI relay function.

Johnny Reinhard and I were working with it today, and really it's a
phenominal way of testing out different tunings.

It makes SCALA, always a great *theoretical* tool, into a very
*practical* tool as well.

Congrats to Manuel for this fine work...

Thanks Joseph. If you open the Chromatic Clavier while
relaying, you can also see which notes are played.

***Hi Manuel!

Yes, I saw that. Also the "triad finder" which is a fun little
utility. Might be possible to make some interesting music with
*that* too!

Congrats,
