quartertone plug-in working

Well, I got the quartertone playback plug-in in Sibelius to work
perfectly.

Now to try to get it to do something *other* than quartertones...

That isn't working yet... :)

***Actually, there's more to it than even this. The pitch bends are
embedded as objects in the score and can be "adjusted." So we might
be "in business" with this, although Alison says it's "unstable" so
we'll have to see.
