Orphon Soul tuning definitions

Marc Jones (AKA Orphon Soul) has been working as a
tuning theorist largely in isolation up till now, and
he has begun giving me definitions for the Tuning Dictionary.

since it's not clear to me how Marc's terminology does
or doesn't converge with currently accepted terms, as with
Gene Ward Smith, i've decided to temporarily put all
Marc's definitions on one page:
