simple math question about Blackjack

I'm sure this question doesn't really qualify for "Tuning Math..." :)

Ok... one takes a secor (Hi George!) of 116 cents and multiplies it
10 times for the "first round" of Miracle tunings, "decimal..."

That gives 1160 cents, yes?

Ok, so that's close to an octave, so 1200-1160 = 40 cents, and one
starts the "second cycle" from there.

But, why is it 40 cents, rather than 33.333 cents, which I thought
was the "smaller" interval in Blackjack...

Help! Au Secours!

Whoopsie...

I just realized that the secor is really 116.666.

So 10x that = 1167

1200-1167= 33

Thanks, self!
