Both Helmholtz and Groven rediscovered this tuning system, along with
Bosanquet, Pitre, and probably countless others.

This is well known going back to Helmholtz, if not the tuning of India. But it is good work
that you found it!

Yes, good work indeed, Danny! Helmholtz's 24-tone schismic, and
Groven's 36-tone schismic, are tuning systems that work on this
principle.
