new decimal-based Blackjack notation

I read the exchange here between Joe Pehrson and
Dave Keenan, regarding Blackjack notation, with interest.
Then I came up with a very elegant idea for notating Blackjack
that I thought might work really well. I know Joe wants
to retain the relationship with 12-EDO, but this does
away with it completely and so presents Blackjack in
full decimal glory.

Hopefully this link will take you right to the notation:
http://www.ixpres.com/interval/monzo/blackjack..htm#notation

If not, you can find it easily enough from here:
http://www.ixpres.com/interval/monzo/blackjack.htm

It looks like what I describe at
<http://x31eq.com/decimal_notation.htm> but with a line taken
out. What's the rationale for removing that line?

Staves can be stacked to cover a several-"8ve" range.

I realized *after* I added that to my webpage how closely
it resembled your own notation. Sorry... didn't mean to
infringe.
