It's hell here

It's hell here right now. Phones mostly down in midtown. It's very
difficult to contact people.

There are bomb scares all over the place, Grand Central, Macys. It
goes on and on.

People are jittery and walking around dazed....

It's a terrible day here in New York.... Thursday, November 13, 2001

I'm still here in Jersey, but I do have the TV on. Sounds like a mess.
Unfortunately, I do have to come in on Friday.

There's no way I can get around it. I'll be pissed
off if the problem turns out to be nothing.
