Incorrect scale usages (was: sad state of tuning today)

Yes you must be right Paul. clearly Jacky used the
wrong tuning. Just from listening to it it is obviously
not the blackjack scale.

My guess is that "Fractal Tune Smithy" is not incorporating the SCALA
data correctly. I think until recently it didn't accomodate SCALA
files at all... if I'm not mistaken. (But that's always
possible! :) )

I'm not aware of any problems. The way to do it is obtain the latest
stable version of Fractal Tune Smithy (not the Beta). Then your current
scale in Scala can be transferred to FTS by typing "@smithy" in the
command line. You can make FTS open the scale window automatically
by doing File->File associations and tick the box for (SCL, Scale).

If you want to use FTS 1.09 Beta, then you need to edit the Scala file
smithy.cmd because it's default installed in another directory
namely "c:\Program Files\Fractal Tune Smithy Beta Preview"
