Here's a quicker method that works for I.E. at least.

. Right-click the upper line, then select "Open in New Window".

. In the new window, click "Stop". Or just let it barf on its own.

. Select and copy the lower line in the original window.

. Paste that at the end of the address in the new window; click "Go".

I find it nice not to have to open a text editor.
