means "Anomalous Saturated Suspension" (see

far with 11-limit sounds.

Thanks, Paul! I will try this out.

So far I *LOVE* my new "color-coded" blackjack keyboard which you
recommended. I can really SEE the structure of it all now...
Amazing...

How did you end up coloring it?

I'm starting with the most consonant tetrads... and more than one
color label on a pitch at certain intersections but I won't have
enough colors for all of them to be separate...(they don't make
them...) So, it will, unfortunately, repeat. However the correct
PITCH, at least, will be on each label and, so far, I have a MUCH
greater command of the resources of the scale! What a simple and
powerful idea!

My suggestion is to either

(1) just color the otonal tetrads, since you seem to be "hearing"
those better; or

(2) get a different brand of labels with more colors!

P.S. for any otonal tetrads you've colored, it may be helpful to put
the same color label on the 9 and 11 identities as well, wherever
they occur in the Blackjack scale. I can help with that.

Got it from Partch, who used colors kind of similarly on his
chromolodeon keys.

Thanks, Paul, for the help...

Well, maybe I'll try to find some more colors someplace... I'll look.

One of the most important things, in the meantime, is AT LEAST to
have the 72-tET NOTES down...

And, of course, I can easily change the labels and put on others...

They come right off (no muss, no fuss..)

This sounds pretty cool... Well I'll start with the tetrads and
lattices, and see what needs to be changed later...

Yes, of course... but would have never thought of doing it myself...

Thanks!

Oh... since Daniel Wolf wants me to limit my posts, thanks for the
Mozart reference. VERY interesting! (I'll cram that comment in here
too...)______ _______ ______

Joe, if you'll take a picture of it and email it to me, I'll put
it into my "blackjack" dictionary entry.

Thanks, Monz... probably I can even scan a photo for you...

It's not quite ready, though... I need some more DIFFERENT
color "stickies..."
