Our tireless friend Joe Monzo has greatly expanded the list of
composers and advocates of various equal temperaments:

Monz: You just mentioned another advocate of 31-tET in our discussion
of Mahler. Why don't you include that person in this list? Currently,
31-tET has no one listed for an entire century around Mahler's life.

Thanks, Paul. Duh! You're talking about Josef Petzval, and
I *have* been talking about him lately.

I've included Petzval as well as a few others (and some
spelling corrections) submitted by Manuel, and made some
other minor changes. But apparently our server is down or
something's wrong with our account, so I can't upload it yet.
Will do ASAP.
