So two of your semitones were split into quarter-tone, while one (the
central one) was split into a 1/6 tone and a 1/3 tone.

I suspect splitting all three into a 1/6 tone and a 1/3 tone instead
would result in even more consonant intervals.

Well, this is quite curious looking... It looks like a "box kite"
with a little hexany embedded in the front of it!
