re:FAQ's

I think that a "So what tuning system am I using now ?" or "What is 12tet ?"
type question might be in order.
None of the musicians I have spoken to, even know the name of the tuning system
they are using [in this case 12tet].

That's pretty funny, Justin. Well, actually, it's pretty "pathetic,"
but we all know it's true. As for me, I have mentioned several times
that I managed to practically never HEAR the word tuning in my
studies...

Would you be interested in writing up a short initial draft??

Robert, I don't really have any "plans" at this point. You have
created a mechanism by which people can upload their FAQ entries and
have them automatically added to a tree. Is there anything else to do?
We do seem to have a dearth of FAQ entries, especially lately, but,
other than encourage people to write new ones (which several of us have
already done), I'm not sure what to do about that.

And, besides, wasn't Paul E the designated FAQ editor before he had to
briefly leave the list to write his paper, and isn't he back again? I
think my role should be considered Editor Pro Tem, already abdicated.

I don't think so, not by any consensus. In fact some have expressed
an opposite desire.

Oh no! Well, the person who didn't want a FAQ to happen will be
happy . . . :(

Nah, I'll stay on if Paul doesn't want the job back (as his later reply
