Thank you very much, Kamikulture, for posting this tool which,
apparently, was used to good effect at Dartmouth.

If I am understanding it correctly, though, the PUBLIC is authorized
to ALTER FAQ answers. I think this could be quite problematic, and
might modify an author's intention.

The idea with the PRESENT FAQ is that ONLY the AUTHOR has the ability
to change the FAQ entry.

After discussion on the Tuning List we can try to persuade the author
to change an entry... but it will be the author's final decision.
There can, of course, be many different authors with answers to even
the same question!

Perhaps it would be a good idea to list the author's NAME with each
article.

ROBERT WALKER, what do you think of that idea?? The author's name
should be listed, yes??
