Chicago beat you both out on Jan 6th...it's was fucking COLD here.....
these are temps BEFORE wind chill(I couldn't find the actual wind chill
history..)

4.2 °F / -15.4 °C
Max Temperature
10.4 °F / -12.0 °C
Min Temperature
-2.0 °F / -18.9 °C

***Hey... that's more what *I* grew up in... (Detroit, MI...) and my
wife, who's from Minnesota had it 0 degrees F or lower for *much* of
the Winter... :)
