oh, i'm sure that you're right about that. San Francisco
itself probably still has a high concentration.

from what i've read and experienced myself, Homer, Alaska
is apparently the hippie center of the world these days.

in any case, it seems that hippies are concentrated on
the west coast of America ... altho i'm sure that the rest
of the planet has pockets of them (Amsterdam, maybe?).

still living, hang out quite a bit in Woodstock, New York. Also, in
upstate New York in certain places... There are Buddhist temples and
all other kinds of non-standard items up toward the Catskills...
