the amazing mp3 players!

Ok, so call me naive, but I just got one, and never had one before...

They're incredible. I have a little RCA Lyra here that has to be
only about two inches wide and tall.

It plays beautifully and it currently has 18 demo songs of my music
on it!

I downloaded these with no problem from my mp3.com site "transfer to
device..."

It works just great and, best of all, THE CD IS DEAD! (Well, maybe
the death is a bit preliminary, but I never really liked physical CDs
much to begin with...)

We go right from the internet into this nifty little device... What a
great way to carry around my music!!!

***Well, it only has 128 megs of chip memory in it (although I
understand I can add 64 more)... so it's not one of those
larger "disk drive" models. But part of the charm is the fact it's
so teeny-tiny...

teeny-tiny little thing. At first I didn't know what to make of the
headset: just two things that fit on the ears. But, now I see it's
actually an *improvement* over standard walkman headsets. The sound
is just as good as the moderate-quality ones and it takes up much
less space.
