Yeah, I've pointed this out on several occasions, but people
weren't interested then. But believe it or not, we can still
have a reasonable expectation of "service" despite the above
section. I'm not saying we have a case, but we definitely
are owed a fix.

They probably still aren't. No one is willing to take the time out from theorizing and posting.

I don't think you have a leg to stand on, and I still can't see anything that entitles you to "a fix". You keep saying it, but that doesn't give it any weight.
