hmmmmmm. Seems to me Hitler was an unreasonable
person attempting to adapt the world to himself, hence alot of regression
too!
Seems that the human will can lead to both paths!

this was my yearbook quote in high school, along with 'imagination is
more important than knowledge' by albert einstein.

****High school is mostly where the Shaw quote belongs, in *my*
opinion.

Joey the consensus taker...

another einstein quote seems highly apropos at the present moment:

'there is far too great a disproportion between what one is and what
others think one is, or at least what they say they think one is. but
one has to take it all with good humor'

:)

i didn't realize *how* apropos this really was.

boy, oh boy!

i was *opposed* to splitting the list! some people seem to have a
pretty short memory, and to fill it with some mighty self-centered
fictions!

i encouraged people to post to different lists so that their material
could make the *maximum possible impact* on potential readers. i
wasn't *ordering people around*, i was trying to *help* people who
had something interesting to say, to find people to say it to!

this is all so unbelievable -- my heart has sunk into my stomach.

p.s. i didn't learn any of this stuff in school -- zero, nada, zilch -
- and i never bring up school anyway.

wtf?????????

well, i just have to look at the einstein quote again and try to
smile . . .

p.p.s. i don't blame anyone for taking me in the wrong way -- it's
completely my own fault, i'm sure -- i just want them to know that
they did take me in the wrong way.

sorry, just one last remark:

when i wrote,

> some people seem to have a

i was referring to this:

'> It wasn't long after this that
> you created the tuning math group which, if you remember, you
created
> specifically to get me off the tuning list.'

someone please tell me this is all a bad dream that i'm going to wake
up from . . . please. what am i going to be accused of next, eating
babies?

still smiling,
paul
