[The folowing is presumably Stephen's own words]
+++++++++++++++++++++++No, the above is not from me.
From Dave Seidel.
Do you know of any other evidence for the three
'type songs' besides the links given on that page?
++++++++++++Not sure what you're looking at.
Or for the relevance of the ~7 Hz theta wave
frequency?
+++++++++++++++This is one link:

Also here:

Apparently the theta wave range in not set in stone.
Also 7 or 7.5 Hz is the border of theta and alpha,
which may have extra significance (???).
From Yahya below:
Besides such pedantic questions, I have a musical
one - have you thought how one might make (micro)
music using the point of view given at your link?
+++++++++I wouldn't know myself. I guess it has been done:

What I did try was this free software:
http://www.bwgen.com/download.htm
(The top version.)
You need headphones for all this of course.
You may also need x or xx 30 minute-sessions to prove
to oneself that this stuff works. There is a setting to
help one wake up and one to go to sleep which would have
immediate results (or no results).
I don't know myself if
I am one of those that needs many hours of brain wave entrain-
ment to get results. Almost giving up on all this already.
This was also in Meta.I don't know if you read it:
