Prent,

I believe it is time for you to compose an Andante, if not an outright Lento or Largo. And, more to the point, I believe it is time for you to compose legato.

Jon,
I agree. My last three pieces all started as very slow pieces, but
ended up fast. This one had the most promise, but I ran out of ideas
to keep it moving, and ended up giving up:
