That may a better bet indeed.

I've tried Midiyoke on Win2k and it works ok, FTS too. Hubi's
loopback is not available for NT and higher.

HI Todd,

Try the new upload of FTS.

http://tunesmithy.co.uk/FTS_Beta_Preview_Setup.exe

Download page: http://tunesmithy.co.uk/fts_download.htm#beta

I've debugged it on Windows XP. AS that uses most of the
same dlls as Windows 2K, it may well have fixed the problem.

Sorry if it isn't working on your machine as it should,
and if you want to follow it up further and the
recent upload hasn't fixed it then things can
be done about it.

The first thing is to tell me exactly what happens, any
error messages, and what you were doing when it happened
e.g. does it happen in response to pressing a particular
button, or on start up, or whatever. Then one
can take it from there.

midiyoke is a jerk. everything works until i get to myokent.dll,
which my computer refuses to recognize either as myokent.dll or .dl_

so thats not working, I will write them

FTS, I downloaded the new beta and opened it. I set it to midi
keyboard retuning, picked a scale and opened up the onscreen keyboard
to test out the scale. It played for like 30 seconds [ps which i set
to pause post 30 seconds] and droned a note until the program
crashed. I closed it down. reset it to the 10 minute demo option,
this time opened up midirelay, set a scale, opened the virtual
keyboard, and it crashed before even playing.

***I was always a little "fearful" of Midiyoke. It works on such
