software problems with FTS, Midi Relay, midiyoke, Sibelius

man my computer hates me

FTS: when I hit midi relay default, and set a tuning and then press
play on my sequencer it freezes and the screen goes blue and begins
to dump memory to physical.... I am using cakewalk. If i have the
sequencer running it will crash at some point when setting stuff. I
also couldn't get midiyoke to work for one reason or another it won't
allow me to load myokent.dl_

Midi relay: when I merely load a tuning, it says win32 error and
shuts down.

Does sibelius really play the quarter tone scale?

***No, it just *notates* it, using Tartini accidentals But if you
run a special plug-in, it will play it back, so it's not fully
integrated as yet, unfortunately.
