yes, but that D-F# soon expands into a
B2-C4-D4-F#4-Db5-Eb5-F5 chord.

so I'd probably tune this as
8:17:19:24:36:40:44
(that is 1:17:19:3:9:5:11 in smallest overtone terms.)

not as, say:
1: 16/15: 6/5: 3/2: 9/8: 5/4: 45/32

which would squeeze the whole thang into 5-limit.

but you are correct that the D-F# itself is, or would be, 5-limit.

***Hmmm, that's very interesting, Chris!

I would like to hear the two different examples to compare them. I
wonder if anybody "out there" has the time to "tune them up..."

The 5-limit one is certainly much easier to read and understand... :)

However, it surely would be interesting to hear if the 11-limit one
has true virtues over this...

Thanks, Chris, for the interesting post. Frankly, I'd like to hear
*several differently* tuned versions of your music. The sonorities
are so rich and fascinating, that retuning would be fascinating as
well....
