thanks Mats. they're actually not "bent frets", but rather "moveable
frets" which offer a breathtaking array of possible tunings.
Incidentally there was just a nice thread on this very topic over at
the tuning list regarding Jean-Pierre Poulin's guitars--which actually
had Jacques Dudon make an appearance(!):
