Jon!
It finally came to me what it stood for but this was more informative. I'm
in mac world but been working with my marion pro synth hooked up to a USB
keyboard but even that is in a different room and not connected to my
computer. i use my rooms in some departmentalization. A big acoustic room with
nothing but instruments, a porch like space with marion and speakers, a back
porch with puter. I room from room to room like moving from brain
semihemishperes to others.

Actually, that's pretty funny, Kraig...

Frankly, my *own* setup is a little like that, although I don't have
so much space in New York.

One side of the room has an *acoustic* piano and guitar, and the
other side has the computer and attached synth.

I *used* to do *all* my composing over on the *acoustic* side but now
times are changing, and I seem to be composing more on the "electric"
side...

And, of course, the neighbors don't complain that way with
headphones! :)
