Charles-
We used to fix balloons so they would be beaten by the spokes. Now
that really sounded like a motorcycle to us.

Okay, but let's take the next step. Them there spokes are steel, no?
Okay, mount a pickup and small sound system on the frame and have the spokes
plucked by a good heavy duty pick. You can use one of those little
wheel-driven generators for the power. You'll need a simple rectifier and
voltage regulator sircuit to keep the voltage at the proper level.
Ya say: why not go the rest of the way and use the pickup to send signals to
your laptop's wave-table synth via a MIDI trigger?
