A = 0 is a good reference, especially when you use an electronic tuner on
which the A can be chosen from 385 up to 470 Hz. Werckmeister's tuning is
normally explained starting from C. If you choose C = 0, all other values
will be flat:

0 -10 -8 -6 -10 -2 -12 -4 -8 -12 -4 -8
