About the RIAA/mp3.com situation...

Joe P. recently brought up the RIAA lawsuit against (my.)mp3.com, and I mentioned a couple of things this morning. Just saw later today an interview with the RIAA chief Hillary Rosen regarding their legal actions against mp3.com and napster:
