List discipline suggestions.

As a regular lurker on this list may I suggest a few improvements to
save bandwidth, time and redundancy?
1. Instead of sending any attachments, which fail to display; list url,
where data can be found.
2. When replying or responding postings, only quote the pertinent
line(s).
3. When replying privately to someone who has posted; copy only the
address, and paste it into your mail program .

BTW We are working with a UK manufacturer to implement the MIDI tuning
dump, so that it will actual SOUND to a much higher tuning resolution.
Is anyone else working on this?
