Harmonic overtones versus JI - that'd be very interseting to hear

mark!
Not to many of us think of just music being limited to the just
major scale. The series you point out was included in the works of Harry
Partch. Others too have used the lambdoma that explores the common tone
modulations of this harmonic set. see http://www.anaphoria.com/lam.html
. I am curious though how you ended up settling on a 4 octave affair.

Yea. So do I. For me, there is no comparison
between just intonation and the harmonic series.

They're the same thing.

The chart I sent was simply to compare just to harmonic and four octaves was easiest.
