Well, turns out 22/15 is actually nearer 3/2 than the 13/9 on your "best intervals" list...

I'm guessing your opinion also means 14/9 (octave inverse of the rather simple 9/7) is also out and strikes me as weird as 13/9 (which actually is higher limit than 14/9) is rated better on your
list.

This seems to say "the only good interval between 10/7 and 8/5 is the perfect fifth" which indirectly seems to point out "whatever scale I make will have to be a MEANTONE scale".  So, whether you like it or not, people will likely try to pigeon-hole your theories as "just another meantone scale" ALA Charles Lucy and Lucytuning.
Meanwhile scale theories like Mohajira (which uses 22/15) or anything that uses 9/7 (which would also contain the octave inverse of 14/9), even good ones, will
likely turn out as garbage according to your interval calculator.  Did I mention that, even though you rate 13/9 fairly well, that 18/13 must also occur in any octave scale using a 13/9? <<<<<<<<

So, even if you really do think any fifth except 3/2 is terrible and odd (not prime, actually) limits don't matter, I'd seriously consider considering octave inverses in your calculations IE 14/9 should have the same dissonance value as 9/7 and so on.
