Missing banner

I just noticed that the tuning list emails no longer have the banner saying
who wrote the message. Does anybody know anything about this? I'm cc'ing
this message to onelist. I suspect that the deletion of the banner is
something onelist considers an improvement, but as far as I'm concerned it
is no such thing.
