Alternative Halberstadt/Accretion Layouts - Take two

First off, I apologize for anyone that got hammered with the recent
deluge of messages about the Halberstadt layouts - technical
difficulties. Hope nobody lost their temper over it (haha, that's a
tuning joke, get it?)

I've compiled all of the ASCII art, including a few new ones, in a PDF
that everyone should be able to see here:

I'm also erasing all of the screwed up posts from the archives.
