Dear Mario,

Can I receive a physical signed letter authorizing use of this intonation?

I just want to protect myself in case you have a change of heart in the future.

Respectfully,

Chris

Tunings and scales are not copyrighted. They're not works.
But of course it's nice to mention the inventor of a tuning one uses for one's own music, in the title, sleeve/program notes etc.
