Is it true?

Have both Margo and Kraig left the list because of the recent row? If so, that is a great loss for us all.

Or perhaps we should let the matter drop and return to on-topic discussion, in the hopes that with the cessation of drama and a return to meaningful discourse, they might decide to return. After all, the door is always open to them.

Capital idea! Of course they are all welcome back. What
is not welcome back:

1. ad hominem attacks
2. loud offtopic demands from vocal minorities (take it to
metatuning, or other mailing list of choice)
3. persistent taunting of moderators after their resignation
has been demanded and obtained
4. dramatic metadiscussion from people who have obviously
read only a small fraction of the thread they're replying to

I have Mark's full support in this. I represent the 600+
people who read this list from time to time and want to see
stuff about microtonality when they do. Because amidst all
this fuss, productive ontopic discussion is carrying on,
and it will carry on long after every drama queen has
unsubscribed (and resubscribed, and unsubscribed, and....

And with that, I am now announcing that I will delete all
further posts on this topic, and if that doesn't work, the
accounts of people trying to post them

Here is the metatuning group:
