Dwarf scales

The latest Windows version of Scala, 2.28u, can now create dwarf scales. See File:New:Dwarf scale. They do not need to be octave based. Problem reports etc. welcome. Using another than the standard val or excluding primes can only be done via the command line. I might add this to the dialog later.

Awesome! And if you ever feel like adding any other random new features to
the program, perhaps I could suggest one of these hex-based generalized
keyboards we've all been talking about lately...? :)

Yes. An easy way to map pitches to midi note number for an AXiS49 in selfless mode would rock for me.
