Oh, I didn't get that. The wide M3 in 17-tET is indeed very dissonant; at
423.5¢, it is within a cent or two of a harmonic entropy _maximum_ -- that
is, the point at which the ear is most confused between whether it is
hearing 9:7, 5:4, or other alternatives.
