Kraig, Ivor's complete writings have been available for
many years at

http://sonic-arts.org/darreg/contents.htm

I don't know about the scores.

Brian McLaren is the person who made the webpages of Ivor's writings which are now hosted at sonic-arts.org ... but he never included any of the graphics. We (the Sonic Arts gang, specifically meaning Jonathan Glasier) have copies of some of his writings, scores, and diagrams, but AFAIK McLaren is the only person who has everything ... and he hasn't been communicating much about music with any of us for quite some time.

As for me doing, the short answer is no. Much as i'd really love to make Ivor's work available on the web, i don't even have time these days to maintain my own webpages. If anyone wants to volunteer to make scores and webpages, i'm sure Jonathan would be willing to loan out copies of the stuff he has.
