There's something worng with this zip file.
I can't open it. Check the version you posted
to see if it's ok.

It worked fine for me. I noticed that my system automatically changed the
name to "tuning_digest". Maybe that'll work better for you. It's an awfully
big file though, 24 megs unzipped.

No matter what I do, I get an:
>Searching ZIP: C:/TUNING/ZIP/TUNING~1.ZIP
>PKUNZIP: (W04) Warning! C:/TUNING/ZIP/TUNING~1.ZIP - error in ZIP use PKZipFix

>PKUNZIP: (E11) No file(s) found.

PKZipFix also doesn't do anything.
Maybe I need a newer version of pkunzip.

It might be that the file name is longer than 8 charaters. You might need
Winzip.

Never mind. Even with the errors I got a huge text file.
I think I'll stick with my system: individual digests
in yearly directorys that I can search with the Windows 95/98
find utility.
