Spectral Tools/MaxMSP in Macbook Pro

I've downloaded Spectral Tools by Bill Sethares and crew here:

I installed all dependencies and java classes as specified and set up
Max MSP 5. But everytime I try to run a file of the
SpectralToolboxRuntime I get a crash. Attached is a crash report. Does
anybody here have any experience with this software on a Mac? Help me
out here good folk.

Download the attached zipped file, run it with MaxMSP Runtime, and it should
work. I had a similar problem, and I think it was that the file they have
hosted online is out of date. When I got help directly from Bill the file he
sent me over email was different from the one I tried to download. If this
one works and you want any of the other files from the spectral toolbox,
just let me know and I can email the whole folder to you directly. (When I
tried to do that here, the list rejected the larger email.)

Ps. Did you download Max/MSP, or Max Runtime?

Dear John, thank you. I have installed MaxMSP Runtime. The
TransFormSynth I downloaded from your link launches, a window with
some knobs and sliders appears for a moment, but it crashes again. I
guess it is necessary that I utilize all the files Bill sent you.
Perhaps you can zip 'em and send them via yousendit.

Ok, I signed up for yousendit. If you can get me the email you use then I'll get this entire folder to you asap. I'll basically send you EVERYTHING to dump into your applications folder that should replace anything you have tried to use already and we'll see if it works!
