Chris and the 5-tone Slendro scale

     I like this one.......very very balanced sounding with consonance/dissonance contrast (such as that at 21 seconds), but never the odd moment when dissonance spirals out of control.  Again (like the scale) it sounds a bit grounded to me far as tonal color and variety, but thrives so far as sense of resolve/balance and having a sound that's beautifully distinct from 12TET.  This could definitely turn a few heads of those who think micro-tonal music must always be dissonant and/or lean toward a 12TET-like sound. :-)

Then I'd suggest you show it to one of your friends - obviously a keyboard
only demonstration.
I believe I suggested pentatonic early on. Though I did not think so many
chords would be available
as is with this tuning.
