Hi Carl!

Manuel op de Coul informs me that the Proteus 2000 is not tunable by
Scala at present, if that makes any difference to you.

And, Manuel can't get ahold of the sysex data to make it compatible
at present.

Maybe, if you are interested in using the Proteus with Scala, you can
get a *used* one for even less money. The earlier models before the
2000 *were* tunable with Scala...

Howdy, Joseph,

I use Scala for scale discovery and archival, but not for
MIDI retuning. It is, in fact, the built-in retuning software
of the Proteus that makes it desirable.
