additional measures

I report that I have been annoyed enough for the past few weeks to
block one more person from this list and MMM, and it certainly is not
our good colleague Mario Pizarro (whom I think represents the limit of
my tolerance to topics not directly related to "Alternate Tuning").

I shall not shy away from blocking even more people if it means that
the overwhelming barrage of piffle and drivel does not reach my mailbox.

Please let the good folk of this list consider my announcement a
friendly report of measures to be taken.
